   >Ghost bullets now render better when flying through walls

  >Now include the shell particles that all bullet weapons have

   >No longer does over 1100 DPS (oops)

   >Big Disc Projectile can now do self damage (be careful!)

   >Reduced Small Starlight Projectile damage from 5 to 4

   >Reduced Damage of Jolt Bullets and Jolt Bouncer Bullets

   >Reduced Pierce damage from 20 to 10
   >No longer Reflectable by Shielders
>Giga Drill Cannon
   >No longer Reflectable by Shielders

-Fixes-
>Pop Cannon
  >Can no longer be fired into walls, causing them to not work correctly
>Jolt Bullets
  >Randomized pitch of WallHit sounds
>Vannon
  >Fixed projectile firing upside down if fired to the left
  >Fixed particles rendering on top of projectile
  >Fixed particle image speed being too fast
>Eliminator Launcher
  >Fixed missile firing upside down
>Flame Flakers
  >Fixed Flaks hit animation not playing correctly
